Scope

What this fee covers

Read from our own service register

Every line below is on the service record and is what we hold ourselves to. Nothing on it is held back to be charged for again later.

  • 3 vetted topic options with feasibility notes
  • Literature gap analysis
  • Full synopsis in your university format
  • Sample-size calculation with justification
  • Ethics committee application draft
  • 2 rounds of revision

On top of the scope above, every engagement carries the same four things: a senior doctor from your own specialty for its whole length, a record with all 15 stages dated as they complete, drafts read in a watermarked view-only viewer where your comment attaches to the exact point on the page, and an MDSoftune word-level uniqueness report on every version. Formatting follows your own university’s ordinance, or the NBEMS submission limits where those apply[2].

Limits and duties

Limits and duties

What this does not cover, and what we need from you

A thesis is supervised original research with your name on it. These two registers are where that fact shows up in the commercial terms, and they are published before you pay rather than after.

Not included, on any service

What we will not do

  • We do not write your thesis. You remain its sole author on the ICMJE criteria[4], and our name appears nowhere in it.

  • We do not collect your data, approach your patients or touch your hospital’s records, and we do not begin an analysis on data collected before ethics approval was granted[5].

  • We do not promise a grade, an approval, a similarity figure or a journal decision. The UGC convention is similarity below 10%[3]; we report what we measure, not what your institution’s own tool will measure.

  • We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for the NMC, NBEMS, UGC or any university.

  • We do not submit the synopsis or the ethics application for you. Both go in under your own signature, from your own institutional account.

  • We do not claim a topic is novel on your behalf. We show you the literature gap we found and the searches that found it, so that you can judge it.

All seven articles of the charter are published on the practice page, including the ones that cost us work.

Your side of the record

What we need from you

  • Your course, specialty, university and the date you joined, with your submission deadline as your board or university has set it.

  • Your university’s own format ordinance or thesis guidelines, and anything your guide has asked for in writing. Where the two differ, the stricter one wins.

  • A realistic account of what your hospital can give you: case volume, records access, laboratory availability and the months you have left.

  • Your guide kept in the loop. We work alongside the department that will examine you, never around it.

  • The sub-specialty areas you want to work in, and any topic your guide has already ruled out.

  • Your department’s patient load for the months you will be collecting, honestly stated. An optimistic number here is what derails a thesis later.

None of it has to be ready before you write to us. A senior doctor will tell you what is missing and what to do about it.

The sequence

Typical sequence

How this service usually runs

In order, with no dates attached to the individual steps because we do not publish any. The one duration we publish is the working figure on the schedule, and your record carries the real dates as they happen.

Typical duration, as published

7–10 days

This is our working time on the service. It does not include the weeks your ethics committee, your guide or your data collection take, and it cannot: those belong to your institution’s calendar. Both sets of dates sit on the same record, so you can always see which of us a stage is waiting for.

  1. Step 01 of 05

    A feasibility reading first

A senior doctor in your specialty reads what your department can actually give you — caseload, records access, the months you have left — and says plainly what is and is not doable in the time.

  2. Step 02 of 05

    Three topic options

Each with its study design, the sample size it implies and a note on what it would require of your hospital. You and your guide choose; we argue our case and then do as you decide.

  3. Step 03 of 05

    The synopsis

Aims, objectives, review of literature, methodology and the sample-size calculation with its justification, written in your university's own format and written to be defended.

  4. Step 04 of 05

    The ethics committee pack

Protocol, patient information sheet, consent form and case record proforma drafted for your committee. You submit it under your own signature.

  5. Step 05 of 05

    Two rounds of revision

Your guide's remarks and your committee's queries come back to the same mentor, and the synopsis is revised against them within the two rounds the fee includes.

On your record

This service moves 5 of the 15 stages your record tracks. Each one is dated as it completes and names the person responsible for it.

What holds this to account

Mechanisms rather than promises: each line below is implemented in the platform and can be checked against what you see in your own account.

Protection of your work

  • Row-level security

Every table enforces row-level access. You read your own record, and nothing else.

  • View-only streaming

Drafts are streamed to you through an authenticated route, not handed over as a file.

  • Watermarked to you

Every page you read carries your own name and email across it.

  • Download gated

The final file unlocks when the fee is settled in full, and not before.

  • Mumbai region · DPDP 2023

Your record and your documents are held in the Mumbai region, so India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 applies to them.

  • Anonymised data only

We accept no patient identifiers. An NDA is available on request.

How this works
