An indicative split of the published fee, not a separate product. You pay each tranche when its milestone is reached, and the download unlocks on full payment. Tranches are agreed with you before work begins.

Every fee here is published, not quoted privately. Pay in 2 or 3 milestone instalments: UPI, cards, net-banking and EMI via Razorpay in India; cards worldwide, charged in Indian rupees. Each fee includes the MDSoftune uniqueness report.

On the currency you are reading

The rupee figure is the amount charged. The switcher lists 18 currencies[6]; choose any one of them other than the rupee and that figure is converted at a reference rate held in our own rate table, then rounded up, for comparison only. We publish no date against that rate, so read a local amount as indicative: it moves when the table is updated, and your bank applies its own rate on the day it charges you.

What you pay, when, and what each payment unlocks

Three tranches against delivery, as published. These are milestone instalments on a fee: not a loan, not a credit line, and not a deferred-payment product.

Your record opens, your mentor and writer are named on it, and the first stage begins. Cancel before the team is assigned and any work starts, and this tranche is refunded in full.
40%At the first full draft
The complete draft goes into the viewer for you to read and annotate, with its uniqueness report attached to that version.
20%Before the final download
The final formatted file unlocks in your dashboard. Until this tranche is settled, drafts are read online rather than downloaded.

A two-tranche split of half and half can be agreed instead. Whichever you choose, the tranches are written into your engagement before any work begins, and each one falls due when its milestone is reached rather than on a calendar date.

How you can pay

Razorpay

In India
UPI, debit and credit cards, net-banking, and EMI on cards through Razorpay. EMI terms are set by your bank, not by us.
Outside India
Cards worldwide. The charge reaches your statement in Indian rupees, so your issuer applies its own conversion rate and any cross-border fee it levies on the day.
Billed in rupees
Every fee is invoiced in Indian rupees. A figure in any other currency on this page is a converted reference, not the amount charged.
Card details
Cards are handled by the payment gateway. We never see or store a card number.

Any tax payable on a fee is charged in addition where it applies, and shown separately on your invoice, as clause 4.8 of the terms sets out.

Cancel before your team is assigned and any work begins, and the first tranche is refunded in full. Once work has started, milestones already delivered are not refundable and unused instalments are refunded pro-rata. The refund policy sets that out in full, along with the two pieces of work we redo at our own cost, and the terms carry the scope and revision position. Both are written to be read rather than skipped.

What every fee carries, whichever service you book

These are not plan features. They are how the practice works, so they travel with the smallest fee on the schedule as well as the largest.

  • A word-level uniqueness report

    Every draft version ships with an MDSoftune report that reads the text word by word and phrase by phrase, against the under-10% similarity convention your university applies[3]. It is a stage on your tracker, not a line added to an invoice.

  • A dated record

    15 named stages[6], each carrying a date and the person who holds it, visible in your account from the day your record opens. Progress is something you read rather than something you ask for.

  • The viewer and the pins

    Drafts open in a view-only viewer watermarked with your own name and email. You pin a comment to the exact point on the page; your writer and your mentor reply in that thread and mark it resolved.

  • Version history

    Each draft is a numbered version with its own date and page count. Nothing is overwritten, so you can always see what changed between two readings.

  • A named person to write to

    A message on your record reaches whoever holds the current stage. Support is answered 09:00 to 21:00 IST, seven days, and international calls are scheduled in your own time zone.

  • Your authorship, in writing

    You remain the sole author on the ICMJE criteria[4]. Our name appears nowhere in your thesis and we ask for no acknowledgement.

  • Confidentiality

    Anonymised datasets only, an NDA on request, and your record and your documents held in the Mumbai region under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.

  • The feasibility opinion, before you pay

    A senior doctor reads every feasibility enquiry and replies within one working day, whether or not you go on to book. If we think a topic will not survive your department, we say so then.

What differs between services — how many chapters, how much analysis, how many rounds of revision — is written out on each service page, because that is where it belongs.

What no fee on this page buys

A schedule that lists only what is included is half a schedule. This is the other half, and some of it is the reason we turn enquiries down.

  • Your data

    You collect your own data. We do not generate it, supply it or alter it, and we will not begin analysis on a dataset collected before ethics approval was granted[5].

  • The ethics application itself

    We prepare the committee packet with you. Filing it, answering the committee, any resubmission, and the approval itself remain yours.

  • Writing the thesis for you

    We do not ghost-author, and we decline the request every time it is made. What a fee buys is mentorship, statistics, editing and integrity review on work that is yours.

  • Any outcome

    No fee on this page buys a grade, an acceptance, a publication, or a particular figure on a similarity checker we do not operate. Two checkers with different indexes will disagree, and we promise nothing about a score on a system that is not ours.

  • Revisions beyond the plan’s allowance

    Revisions until your guide signs off are included in Complete Thesis Mentorship. Every other service states its own allowance in its written scope, and we do not advertise unlimited revisions on a plan that does not carry them.

  • Your institution’s own costs

    University submission and late fees, the similarity check your institution runs at submission, printing and binding, and any journal article processing charge are paid by you to whoever levies them.

  • Work outside the written scope

    Each service has a written scope. Anything beyond it is quoted and agreed with you before it starts, rather than appearing on an invoice afterwards.
