Regulatory standing

Which rules your thesis actually answers to

Your own board and university decide this, not ours. What follows names only the bodies that apply to you, and says plainly which Indian instruments do not.

Your project answers to the board or the university that set it: the Arab Board research requirement, the Saudi Board, or an MSc or MD project under your own university’s rules. NMC PGMER-2023 and the NBEMS thesis timelines, which govern Indian programmes, do not apply to you.

We give ethics and research-governance guidance, with familiarity with DOH and MOH processes, and we prepare the documentation with you rather than submitting anything for you. Mentor calls are arranged flexibly, because a Gulf working week and an Indian one do not line up by default.

Where your university publishes a similarity threshold, we work to it. Where it publishes none, we work to the stricter convention we use in India — similarity under 10%[3] — and a word-level MDSoftune report travels with every draft, as an additional review before your institution runs its own check. Its results depend on the sources and settings available to it, and may differ from your institution’s own report.

You remain the sole author of your thesis. We mentor, edit, analyse and check; we do not write it, and we claim no authorship and no co-authorship. Where your institution or a journal asks for that help to be disclosed, we help you disclose it in the form they require, and authorship of any paper that follows is decided by the ICMJE contribution criteria[4]. That holds in the UAE and the Gulf exactly as it holds everywhere else.

Every fee here is published, not quoted privately. Pay in 2 or 3 milestone instalments: UPI, cards, net-banking and EMI via Razorpay in India; cards worldwide, charged in Indian rupees. Each fee includes the MDSoftune uniqueness report. Any tax payable is charged in addition where it applies and shown separately on your invoice (terms, clause 4.8).

Every fee is published and billed in Indian rupees (INR). Choose AED or SAR above and the figure beside each fee is an estimate for reference, converted from our own rate table so you can judge the cost; the rupee amount is the amount due, in two or three milestone instalments agreed with you before work begins.

Support runs 09:00 to 21:00 IST, seven days, and mentor calls are scheduled flexibly around your time zone rather than ours. Say in the message which hours suit you, including the end of a Gulf working day, and your mentor will work to them.
