The rules

Regulatory standing

Which rules your thesis actually answers to

Your own board and university decide this, not ours. What follows names only the bodies that apply to you, and says plainly which Indian instruments do not.

Your research project answers to PGIM at the University of Colombo and to the proposal format it publishes. NMC PGMER-2023 and the NBEMS thesis timelines, which govern Indian programmes, do not apply to it.

We prepare the proposal in the PGIM format, assemble the ERC documentation with you — you remain the applicant — and carry the statistics and the write-up through to a draft that is ready to submit rather than ready to start revising.

Where your university publishes a similarity threshold, we work to it. Where it publishes none, we work to the stricter convention we use in India — similarity under 10%[3] — and a word-level MDSoftune report travels with every draft, so there is nothing left to discover when your institution runs its own check.

You remain the sole author of your thesis on the ICMJE criteria[4]. We mentor, edit, analyse and check; we do not write it, and our name appears nowhere in it. That holds in Sri Lanka exactly as it holds everywhere else.

Every fee here is published, not quoted privately. Pay in 2 or 3 milestone instalments: UPI, cards, net-banking and EMI via Razorpay in India; cards worldwide, charged in Indian rupees. Each fee includes the MDSoftune uniqueness report.

Currency and settlement

Billed in INR

Every fee is billed in Indian rupees. Set the masthead switcher to LKR and the figure beside each fee is a conversion at today’s rate, shown so you can judge the cost; it moves with the rate rather than being fixed at the point you read it. Cards are accepted worldwide and charged in rupees, in two or three milestone instalments agreed with you before work begins.
