On top of the scope above, every engagement carries the same four things: a senior doctor from your own specialty for its whole length, a record with all 15 stages dated as they complete, drafts you review in a watermarked viewer where your comment attaches to the exact point on the page, and an MDSoftune word-level uniqueness report on every version. Formatting follows your own university’s ordinance, or the NBEMS submission limits where those apply[2]. There is no page cap on our side: the thesis runs to whatever length your ordinance requires, and the fee does not change with the page count.
Limits and duties
What this does not cover, and what we need from you
A thesis is supervised original research with your name on it. These two registers are where that fact shows up in the commercial terms, and they are published before you pay rather than after.
Not included, on any service
What we will not do
We do not write your thesis, and we claim no authorship or co-authorship of it. Where your institution or a journal asks for our help to be disclosed, we help you disclose it, and authorship of any paper that follows is decided by the ICMJE contribution criteria[4].
We do not collect your data, approach your patients or touch your hospital’s records, and we do not begin an analysis on data collected before ethics approval was granted[5].
We do not promise a grade, an approval, a similarity figure or a journal decision. The UGC convention is similarity below 10%[3]; we report what we measure, not what your institution’s own tool will measure.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for the NMC, NBEMS, UGC or any university.
Revisions continue until your guide signs off on the writing, and a modified draft answering an assessor’s remarks is returned within seven days. A change of topic, or a second dataset, is a new engagement rather than a revision.
We do not submit the synopsis or the ethics application for you. Both go in under your own signature, from your own institutional account.
We do not alter, invent or impute values to make a result significant, and we do not drop inconvenient cases. Where the data will not support the hypothesis, the analysis says so.
We do not attend your viva or speak to your department. We prepare you for both, and your mentor rehearses the questions an external examiner is likely to ask[1].

What we need from you
Your course, specialty, university and the date you joined, with your submission deadline as your board or university has set it.
Your university’s own format ordinance or thesis guidelines, and anything your guide has asked for in writing. Where the two differ, the stricter one wins.
A realistic account of what your hospital can give you: case volume, records access, laboratory availability and the months you have left.
Your guide kept in the loop. We work alongside the department that will examine you, never around it.
Where the thesis stands today, with whatever already exists: the approved synopsis, the ethics letter, the master chart (de-identified) or the draft.
A decision on each draft. A chapter waits on your approval, not on us, and the dates in your record show which of us a stage is waiting for.
None of it has to be ready before you write to us. A senior doctor will tell you what is missing and what to do about it.

How this service usually runs
In order. The only durations we publish are the working figure on the schedule and the seven-day turnaround on assessor modifications; your record carries the real dates as they happen.

This is our working time on the service. It does not include the weeks your ethics committee, your guide or your data collection take, and it cannot: those belong to your institution’s calendar. Both sets of dates sit on the same record, so you can always see which of us a stage is waiting for.

Start from where you are
Choosing a topic, writing the protocol, data collected or a draft already written: a senior doctor reads where the thesis stands, and the work begins at that stage. Nothing you have already done well is redone.
Step 02 of 08
Your team
A senior doctor in your specialty and a scientific editor are assigned and named in your record, with a biostatistician added where the design needs one. They stay with the thesis to submission.
Step 03 of 08
Topic and synopsis
Three feasible options weighed against your hospital and your calendar, then section-by-section guidance on your synopsis, formatted to your university's template, with the sample size calculated and justified.
Step 04 of 08
Ethics and data
The committee pack is guided and checked for your own submission. The proforma and master chart are designed before collection starts, so that nothing has to be collected twice. You collect the data.
Step 05 of 08
The statistics
Missing and impossible values are listed for your decision, never quietly corrected. Each test is chosen against your design with the reason written down, the analysis runs in SPSS or R, and a biostatistician takes you through every table until you can explain it without notes.

Chapters, reviewed in the open
Each chapter you write comes back edited in the viewer. You pin comments at the exact point you want changed; your mentor reads the same draft; the next version answers both, and the thread records it.

Uniqueness and delivery
MDSoftune reports on every version word by word. Final formatting follows your university's ordinance, and the download unlocks once the account is settled.

Assessor modifications, within seven days
If an assessor or your guide returns written remarks, send them to your record and the modified thesis is back within seven days of our receiving them and anything they need from you. You are not left to face the remarks alone.
