Part I
How to raise a complaint
Write to us
Write to info@mdthesis.com with “Grievance” in the subject, your name, the email or number you used with us, and what went wrong. You can also call or WhatsApp +91 97803 01305, or write to the office address above.
Who handles it
Every grievance goes to the Grievance Officer of MDThesis (REDENN Informatics Private Limited), at the office address and email above.
Part II
When you will hear back
Acknowledged within 48 hours
We acknowledge every grievance within 48 hours of receiving it, with a reference you can quote.
Resolved within one month
We resolve every grievance within one month of receiving it, and tell you the outcome in writing with the reasons.
Data and privacy
A complaint about your personal data is handled the same way, under the privacy policy.
Part III
If you are not satisfied
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may contact the National Consumer Helpline (1915, or consumerhelpline.gov.in), or the consumer commission that has jurisdiction. A complaint about personal data may be taken to the Data Protection Board of India.
