Part I
What is delivered, and how
Nothing is shipped
MDThesis sells one service, Thesis: mentorship, analysis and editing. There are no physical goods, so there is no shipping, no courier and no shipping charge.
Digital delivery to your record
Every deliverable, including your reviewed and edited drafts, the statistical output and its explanation, the similarity report and your written scope, is placed in your record on the MDThesis dashboard, and we tell you by email or WhatsApp when it is there. Calls and reviews over WhatsApp are delivered live.
Reading and downloading
You can read every deliverable online as soon as it is placed in your record. The final formatted file unlocks for download when the final instalment is paid, as the terms of service set out.
Part II
When the work starts, and how long it takes
When work starts
Work starts when the first instalment has been received and your mentor has been assigned. The date is recorded in your dashboard.
Typical duration
The Thesis service typically takes 1 week to 3 months, by stage, depending on the stage you start from. The dates for each stage are agreed in your written scope. They assume that your approvals, data and replies arrive as planned; if a date has to move, we tell you in writing and say why.
Modifications within seven days
Written remarks from your guide or an assessor are turned round within seven days of our receiving them, together with anything they need from you.
No guaranteed submission date
No duration we state, other than the seven-day modification turnaround, is a guarantee of submission by a particular date. Your university, board and ethics committee set dates we cannot move.
Part III
What we do not deliver, and what to do if something is missing
No printing, binding or submission
We do not print, bind or post theses. We do not submit anything to your university, board, ethics committee or a journal on your behalf; you submit your own work.
If something has not arrived
If a deliverable you expected is not in your record, write to info@mdthesis.com. A specialist replies within one working day.
